When Scott and I started planning our wedding, we agreed that the most important decision we could make would be the photographer as the pictures would last a lifetime. Teri was fantastic to work with. Her professionalism and enthusiasm was invigorating and truly appreciated. She made the whole experience fun and easy for everyone. She captured the joy and happiness of the day in each picture. Additionally, the creative touches she adds to the pictures further enhances the captured moment. I just want to start off by saying, you are the greatest! I have to admit I had my reservations about a destination wedding but you from the start made me completely comfortable. Our wedding day was perfect. You went way above and beyond the call of duty; From scouting out the best picture locations on the Island to finding our florist, our officiant (Suzanne) and our ceremony location. I have walked away from Kawaii with the best memories and I know you have captured them with your creative style. I also had no idea when I asked you to photograph our wedding that we would find a forever friend. Don't worry you will be seeing alot more of our family in the future. Thanks again for everything. INCREDIBLE!!!

Hey everybody this Island is INCREDIBLE!!!! I am in LOVE!
Yesterday my cousin and I went Ziplining and oh my gosh....they clip you on to their cable and whoooooosh...I took a giant step into pure exhilaration! I sailed 50 feet over streams and rushing waterfalls.......wow I am hooked..I did it 4 times!!!:) I just couldn't get enough.

I totally recommend this Island ~ it is the best so far for destination weddings!

Teri's Kaui Adventure

Aloha to all of the Flashes Fans out there! Greetings from Kaui! We are having a great time. If I had to rate Kaui on a scale of 1-10, it would be a 12!!!!!!! It's truly beautiful here! I've found the most beautiful waterfalls in the world, and tomorrow we will be ziplining though the Hawaiian forest! Stay tuned for pictures next week!!!

Absolutely Amazing Work!!!

Working in the wedding industry I’ve seen Flashes Photography pictures before. But, when I met the woman behind the camera is when I knew that’s who I wanted to shoot my wedding. You just know when you meet someone that you click with. I met Teri on a photo shoot and immediately wanted to get in front of the camera for her. She does absolutely amazing work. From the moment she stepped into my hotel room the morning of my wedding, I felt like a princess. The way she pampered me, my husband, and our families, made us feel like she was meant to be there. Her attention to detail is fabulous. Whether it was powdering my nose when it was shiny or doing everything in her power to get that one special shot I wanted. She knew exactly what kind of pictures I wanted and she delivered! Brae and I are so ecstatic about our wedding photos and movies, we can’t wait to work with her again soon.

We had so much fun!

As you can tell by the Maui pictures, Teri is an awesome photographer. We had so much fun with her and our pictures are absolutely gorgeous!! Our reception was Saturday night and everyone just loved the pictures. We have had so many calls wanting to know how our families can order prints. Both of my parents cried when they saw the slideshow and they said that Teri was well worth the money. Pictures are the only way I have to remember that special day and thanks to Teri, my memories are beautiful. Thanks again!!!

I'm back from Maui!!!

Hello everybody...I am just now getting around to posting the Maui Photos and what fun Lari and Josh were! It was a beautiful day with a cool breeze while everybody back here in KC was sweating non-stop (so sorry) :( I Love...Love...their pictures!!!! And here are just a few of my favorites. You Captured The Day!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for making our day so perfect. Before our wedding, everyone was constantly telling us to "cherish the day because it will go by quickly!" We thought for sure they were wrong and our wedding would be a lasting memory. Little did we know that June 24th,2006 (our wedding day) ended before we hardly knew it had begun. I now realize that wedding days are definately chaotic and a whirlwind of emotions that pass by in a snap. Looking back the day after our wedding Brett and I could hardly remember any of the details of it. However once we received our pictures from you, it was almost as though we got to RELIVE our day bit by bit! Not only are your pictures the most beautiful and creative I've EVER seen, but they capture the smiles AND THE LITTLE MOMENTS (laughing, crying, jumping, acting completely goofy!) unlike any other photographs I've seen! Thanks to you we will now have a lifetime to look back on with our photographs and be able to relive the little moments that you captured so well! Thank you so much for your amazing work! We absolutely couldn't be happier with our photos!!!! Thanks again so much and take care!
